Dear Dr. Meares,

On behalf of my husband and myself, I am writing this letter to express my heartfelt gratitude to you and your staff for the treatment we recently received. It’s hard to express how much we were impressed with your practice as it was truly a “breath of fresh air” in what some would consider an uncomfortable and fearful environment. Everything, from the décor to the manner in which we were treated, both over the phone and in person, was so pleasant as we were handled with utmost respect and courtesy.

Most of all, we would like to thank you for the kind, patient, and understanding manner in which you conduct yourself. Never once did we feel rushed nor did we feel that any questions we may have had, would have been considered silly or insignificant. If we didn’t know better, we would think we were your only two patients because you treated us with such care and concern.

What we experienced in your office speaks multitudes of your character and what you expect from your staff. From a financial standpoint, I am particularly grateful for your “wait and see” attitude, rather than forging ahead which could cause me undue expense.
